My grandfather used to be a big, burly dock worker who loved sailing the rough sea in his fishing boat. In fact, if you look closely in the hotel, you will see several portraits of my grandfather hanging on the wall. I created a special place in my heart for this and learnt a lot from it. As in the hotel, it is extremely important that everyone works well together in order to keep the boat on the right course. So we apply these lessons back to our guests on a daily basis.
